The reserve is 4km east of Cobh town on the Cobh to Ballymore Road

Train

Cycle

Cuskinny Marsh Nature Reserve is located 4km east of the town of Cobh. There are currently no dedicated cycle paths or tracks in Cobh or on the Great Island.

Bus

Take the Cobh Connect Bus service from Saint Patricks Quay in Cork City as far as Carrignafoy Avenue – O’Neills Place (terminus). It is 15 walk from there to the reserve. Check their timetable https://www.cobhconnect.ie/cobh-connect-timetable-2019/)

Car

Where possible we would ask that you please take public transport to visit us, for a greener planet. However if you are driving to Cuskinny Marsh Nature Reserve, the site is situated just off the N25 – exit at Junction 3 Tullagreen, then drive south on the R624 towards Cobh. After passing the entrance to Fota Wildlife Park and going over the humpback bridge turn left onto the L2989 and follow signs for Cuskinny. The public car park is situated at the southern end of the reserve.
